Artist Application
The application is open annually between December 1 and January 10. There are three parts to the application process. Please carefully review the application instructions before starting your application. Your application is not considered complete until images and payment have been received.

You will be directed to a submission form via JotForm, where you can upload your images and pay the application fee online (via PayPal). If paying by check, please continue and follow the instructions in the submission form.
